La Venus srl deemed it necessary to adopt a MOG (Organizational, Management, and Control Model) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, drafted on the basis of the Guidelines issued by Confindustria (2021 edition) and by ANAC (2023 edition) with specific reference to whistleblowing. This initiative is considered consistent with a broader strategic framework in which management control as well as the monitoring of operational, legal, and reputational risks represent fundamental pillars of the company’s business model, reflecting the importance attributed to compliance with the law and ethical conduct in business. By adopting the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, Venus also prepares and adopts a Code of Ethics.
